As the years passed he would devote himself to training himself even further, pushing his limits far enough to attain the Mangekyou Sharingan. He has an aloof attitude and adds some comic relief to the story once in a while. Overall one of the best in Konoha. Very intelligent. His version of the Mangekyou Sharingan is pretty cool, seemingly if he controls it better, it can definitely be better than Itachi's MS. But he suffers from too less chakra :( . |

Thats probably the reason why Gai keeps saying that he has 'surpassed the genius'. Damn chakra limitations. His MS won't be better then Itachi's though, since he isn't an Uchiha. |

Kakashi's always struck me as THE most popular character in the series. He's the one to show up at the last minute and save the day where necessary, always has a trump card in the worst situations and his personality appeals in the way that he's extremely badass but not even trying to be so. There's something for everyone to like about Kakashi. He's supposed to be, if you'd believe the look on Ayame's face in the manga special, very good looking. He initially comes off as rebellious and lazy with his chronic lateness to meet team 7, which is later revealed as his undying dedication to a departed friend. His battle skill is unmatched by most and he can switch from a serious teacher to a comedy character with the right assistance, usually from Gai. And of course, there's the Sharingan, which has been demonstrated by Kakashi's use more so than either of the Uchiha brothers for the genjutsu abilities and copying techniques. His reputation has reached many, not simply being being the son of his father and a student of the Fourth Hokage, but for his own abilities. Finding someone who dislikes Kakashi is tough. Finding someone who dislikes him for a good reason is even harder. |

why disliking him?at first I was to disappoint with him specially when he manage to teach sasuke than naruto.(remember when naruto asks him to supervise his training but kakashi refuses because of the reason : I got some important things to do.then on his way training himself,there he saw sasuke who was in training too.then he manage to teach sasuke)it is unfair isn't it.naruto also said to jiraiya that he noticed about the favoritism of kakashi among of them two.after sasuke have defeated naruto and escaped. I realized that was not kakashi's fault.it is sasuke who fell into darkness.now he cares about naruto and his other teammate sakura.I even realized how he much value his teammate.a much like my attitude. |

You know what I wondered? As for Kakashi it's only his Stamina that's holding him back from being stopping the equal rival thing that Gai has for him. Do you think if he secretly wore the weight like Lee/Gai do it would help build up his stamina? I think it would. I've always thought, even though it's very old training like Kakashi said, it would help build up your speed and strenght a lot. Even more so when you take them off to fight with. |

Kakashi26, I think that's only to increase speed. In the fight of Lee vs Gaara, Lee takes of his weights and got faster. You can't increase you stamina by wearing weights. There's just one thing I don't like about Kakashi and that's his individual attention. I would think he had a good reason to if Sakura had gone training with Tsunade before and so did Naruto to Jiraiya, leaving Sasuke alone. We've only seen Team 7 train as a team two or three times. But still, Kakashi fails as a jounin teacher. While teaching Sasuke, he could've at least taught Sakura a few Ninjutsu that she could handle. All Ninjutsu that Sakura does is E-Rank except in the first movie when she used Sakura Fubuki No Jutsu. |

The weights were for training.....Kakashi became a genin at 5, chuunin at six and a jounin at 13, which is very impressive progress. Yet with his chakra being constantly burned by his Sharingan and him only shooting up through ranks due to the war, he isn't as great in terms of stamina as he could be. If he stayed a genin or chuunin during the war, he would have been allocated time to train more under a teacher, but since he shot up so fast he could only train himself or not even train at all due to the huge workload. His low chakra does stop him from having very long fights but his Sharingan lets him finish them quickly so that kinda balances out. Also I don't think Kakashi is the teaching type to be honest, maybe for specialized teaching in Ninjutsu he would be able to teach but only one on one. He isn't the best at taking a group to teach. But Sakura wasn't exactly compatible for the things that Kakashi taught anyway and neither was Naruto since the teaching was helped heavily by Kakashi and Sasuke being fellow Sharingan users. I'd say that Kakashi is more or less on a par with Gai if not better. Maybe Gai was measuring power by the little battles they had. |

Kakashi sensei is without doubt one of the best characters out there. The way he speaks, his jutsus are worth every second. His first fight especially the copying of Water Dragon technique was one of the best moments. |

Kakashi is a well rounded, powerful Jounin. He has good abilities in all areas and is well versed in tactics. I think he has the potential to be as powerful as the Sannin in time. We've seen that he has the raw power to face Itachi's dreadful eye, take down Akatsuki members, and even at least stand up (or bluff) Oro. His past made for one of the best flashback arcs, and there's probably plenty more. I think he singlehandedly raises the quality of the series, at least a lil. |

unlike many people, i actually did not favor kakashi when he was introduced and his powers shown. putting one of the strongest nins of konoha so early raises the bar substantially. but his power is undeniable. |

haha to be 100% honest I didn't really like Kakashi in the first couple of episodes either, he seemed like a real stubborn ass to me, that I just wanted to go like...punch in the face lmao I mean how he was like laughing and telling them how all but 9 Genin would fail and stuff. But around episode where he started talking about how it was all about teamwork and stuff I realized he was a good guy, and now, I loves him :D :wub: Kakashi's just a badass. Plain and simple. He's a badass- BUT he cares for people and stuff, and I realize that now, that's why I love him :D |

Kakashi i think will become hokage im not sure. I want him to show us double chidori in the anime like he did on the ps2 game. I thought that he couldve replaced the 3rd hokage comparing stats and all. i would never think that he would lose to Gai in all of these matches too. |

Dude he does a double one in the game?! :o I haven't gotten the game yet :( It comes out here next month, I already reserved it :D But yeah, most of his 'matches' with Gai were random things like eating contest, rock, paper, scissors, running matches. Just random stuff. |

I think he means the game in Japan that won't come out for quite a while. Naruttimate Hero 3 right? Ya, well still, using two Chidoris at the same time won't benefit him or anything. |
