Yeah, they've got to show more Neji in Shippuden. Hell, even in the anime, Neji hasn't even appeared in any fillers of Shippuden, but Lee and Tenten did (probably cause Neji's too busy being Jonin). I'm sure Neji will get one last fight; at least. Yeah, I believe Neji's superior to Shik, and maybe even Kurenai; I agree with you. |

I'm not sure, but Neji can stand a really really, and i mean REALLY good fight against Zabuza, and it could go either way; i believe Neji is around a normal-to-high level Jonin. But if Neji grows up soon, I'm sure one day Neji will surpass a high Jonin level, and can join Anbu or somethin'. |

Idk about that sure his Byakugan would see throuh the mist but Zabuza aggressive style might be too much. We've seen Zabuza handle a sharingan Kakashi just fine and would have won were it not for the meddling brats. Also he has a # of long ranged Justus in comprasion to Neji. That being said I think they are around the same level with Zabuza being a little higher. Edit: Sorry Elyon i know your right but this bugs me. Anbu protect there Kage and go on the oughest of missions. Yeah, ANBU do S-Rank Missions, I'm not sure if Chuunin can do something like that, but who knows, maybe i missed out on somethin. |

Itachi was a chuunin when he joined the anbu, that said I think that having a Hyuuga as an anbu would be beneficial, you know with the Byakugan seeing through things and all |

I thought Itachi was Jounin. but i might be wrong, maybe he was chuunin after all. I agree, Neji has very great abilities that are fit to be anbu. |

Itachi only ever topped out as a Chuunin.
Well, think about it. What's the big deal about being a Jounin? It's not about power, it's about the responsibility they feel you can take. To be a Jounin means leading more people and being more involved in village activity, as well as leading a more qualified team. ANBU may not even care about rank, just skill. |

jounin level is a big diffrence in comparisn to chunin, just look at kakashi and iruka. and we must remember that kakashi cant see through zabuzas mist, and not only could neji see through it but can sence zabuzas attacks and is much faster than him. itachi is very well at jounin level its just he fled the village befor recieving the title jounin. |

Given the fact that Kakashi's been a Jounin since he was 13, and Iruka is still a Chuunin, that's a horrible example. But let me remind you, Naruto and Sasuke are Genin. Itachi was a Chuunin. Compare them to Kakashi. |

that was the first time around, the chunin exams are twice a year, im sure tsunade knows best and knew it eas right to hold them,including the rest of particapating leaf gennin besides shikamaru, but now there clearly not the same naieve little gennin tney were befor |

The exams are designed to see who's responsible and intelligent in the handling of missions and squads, not just completing them or beating/killing people; it's designed to weed out bad leaders. Other than a war-time promotion, which probably likewise is not handed out easily, there's no other way to rank up and I don't think there should be. |

i didnt mean everyone, just those who arent in contact with there village. espeacily for informational purposes for instance 2 gennin and a jounin: hey its itachi uchiha, i here hes only a chunin, we should be able to take him! Itachi: Go ahead and try. 2 seconds later 2 gennin and a jounin:........................................... |

I know this is nothing to with Neji's thread, but I recall reading somewhere (databook?) that Iruka doesn't become a Jounin because he likes being a teacher, not because he isn't capable. |
