Don't quite like where the episode ended. Especially since the next episode preview completely spoils everything. The pacing was also a little off, but good overall. |

I have to agree with you there it wasn't the best ending point considering the fact that the manga has a pretty neat scene-change at that exact moment. I didn't think it we would get two chapters in this week so that's a positive but why do they have to ruin everything in the preview. They could have easily put talking scenes in there anyway the backgrounds have been really impressive as of late. Last week was an absolute highlight but this one wasn't bad either. Of course the whole widescreen aspect is a godsend for the background artists.

The beginning really gave you a feel of "Yeah last week was tragic and awesome but we're back to normal stuff now", still Shikamaru kicked the most ass he'll ever do in the manga again (probably), that's all I'm asking for. |

I have only watched the unsubbed version, but the action seems ok. The animation has gone downhill a little lately. All in all a good episode. |

Like everyone stated, it wasnt bad. Thought compared to last weeks styling it just didnt compare. I really wasnt expecting them to get the fight started so early in the episode, figured they would end with shika throwing Asumas weapons. Oh well...

This is a great episode. Hidan is funny as usual, and the fight was very cool. Kakuzu is definitely weird and the previous was somewhat of a spoiler. Nevertheless, this is a great episode to watch. Though, the omake was far too blend. |

It was rather amuseing. I'm happy they made the Leader's eyes the right color for this episode. Seeing Asuma's ghost in the opening was nice. That bit with Shikimaru making Hidan swing his scyth around was funny. The next episode looks good. |

There has to be a douiji of Shadow possessed Hidan chasing Kakuzu in clircles while apolgising, Kakashi sweatdropping on the side. |

It felt short, even though there was so much talking. I also liked the fact that Kakuzu attacked the bird. That was awesome. |

Pretty good episode. Directed by Hayato Date which always helps. Covered 36 pages of manga, in other words, 2 manga chapters, which is fairly record speed for usual Shippuuden episode. Animation was average, makes sense after having Hirofumi Suzuki direct the animation for 82 which can make things a little unfair on other teams. Only thing I didn't like was it taking so long for Shikamaru to walk Hidan back to the scythe, this was not only a bit dragged out, but was also contradicted by having Shikamaru run and wave his arms really easily, making Hidan do the same, about 30 seconds later. Next episode looks pretty good for an Ik-Hyun episode too. Though it's his usual jerkyness which is a tadd irritating. |

I wonder why some "undertones" were added for Hidan and Kakuzu. "You can be a real nice guy when you want to be!" Some of my favorite parts of the manga weren't animated that well, but I can't wait for the next episode. |

Good episode,hate when they end episodes like that leave you with all this excitement.The one part of this episode that kinda got me thinking was when Shikamaru was moving his hand towards Hidan's weapon when he had him in the shadow move,to grab it but in his case it was his right arm yet it was Hidan's left arm moving...shouldn't it be shika's left hand that would be moving instead? Anyways i voted this one a 9/10,enjoyed it and looking forward to the next one,heard it's gonna be a big fight from the manga readers. |

It was an okay episode. Not really that great. It was a good episode to get the beginning part of the battle out of the way. Next episode will be more exciting. |

this fight is already at one epi 2 is kakashi chidori one heart then choji does something 3 shika seperate his fight some naruto training 4 shika finish fight off at very end of this epi naruto shows up 5 naruto battles 6 they wrap up the battle and shika tells kurenai he got her he paid them back. and quites smokin |

There's a solution to the problem of preview spoiling next episode... don't watch them. I know how you feel though, it ends, you want more... you look to the next week... But I just don't watch them anymore to be honest. Has been a LONG time since I gave a Naruto episode a 10. I loved it. Question: Who is doing the animating? Who was doing it before? did it change? I've heard differing opinions on the matter and want to settle it once and for all. Also, was surprised when someone said animation was bad! I thought it was good animation... interesting. |

Man, y'all were right about the crappy ending and the over-revealing preview for the next episode. At that rate, they should have just made it an hour-long special. Why is Hidan suddenly flaming now? |
