Hey, Guys. Gaara Uzumaki here. I was just wondering if any of you have any dreams you'd like to share. I usually remember about half of my dreams. You can also talk about any nightmares you would like to share. I remember three dreams right off the bat, and they're all DBZ-related: 1. This one was from like 4-5 years ago. This was actually in cel-shading (the black lines around everything). I went to a gym and there were some of the characters just working out. I think in the dream I was Trunks. 2. This one was from 3-4 years ago. I was in the audience in front of what looked like part of the Temple set from the old show Legends of the Hidden Temple. There, SS4 Goku was fighting someone, but I don't remember who. This one looked like Budokai 3 graphics. 3. This one was from over 5 years ago. Me, Kid Trunks, and my brother were running around a department store. We could fire off Kamehamehas, but only if that person was holding what looked like a blue Ping-Pong ball. I also remember that I accidentally cracked it somehow, and it stopped working. One I had on this past Sunday night/Monday morning: I was laying facedown, and yet somehow was able to perform an air guitar solo. I was using an old sticker with a picture of bright red Lips as a pick. Edit: Yes, I know that there was already a topic for Dreams, but no one had posted in it since Feb of last year, and Bromine said it was ok. Edited by Gaara Uzumaki, Dec 8 2008, 07:25 PM.

I get dreams often. My dream last night was myself back in high-school, meeting some friends I haven't seen since graduation, and going to wrestling practice. Nothing special... Although I've had bad dreams that I have had more than once. Its about me in a cold-dark hallway, and opening up doors leading to other parts of the world. Then I realize every time I open a door, someone decides to chase me, so I run, and I end up opening other doors, where someone else starts to chase me, and I find myself jumping off some building and falling, and there is always a point where I get stuck somewhere. At that point it gets so annoying where I wake up usually. Its not really a bad dream as it is an annoying dream. I think I've had this dream more than twice in my life. I had this dream when I was younger. In my dream, I was starting to walk upstairs from my basement but then I would trip and fall. I would roll down the stairs and go right into some kind of monster's mouth. Please remember. I had this dream when I was 6 years old. ^_^ |

For many, MANY years, I had a ton of Flying dreams. Not regular normal "superman-type" flying, where you take off from a standing position, but I would lay belly-down, with my arms out to either side, looking forwards. Then, I would just...um...make myself move...somehow. I'm still not quite sure. I guess that's why it's a dream, and not reality. I think I just willed myself up. I could control myself in the air quite easily, too. Oh, I almost forgot! In almost every dream I can remember, I had like flea-level jumping abilities. I could jump like twenty or thirty feet straight up easily, and sometimes a whole hundred feet. But, and here's the weird part, I would always get a fear of heights, and be worried about how I was going to get down. Here's another weird thing about my dreams: I think I may have a little bit of clairevoyancy. I've had dreams where someone would do something weird or memorable, and then a few days or weeks later it would happen. One time, in eighth grade, I had a dream where I was in my class and my friends were talking about something, and anether one of my friends was leaning back in his chair, and then one of my friends said something funny, and my friend who was leaning back fell over because he lost his balance laughing. Then, a couple of weeks later, they were actually talking about the topic from my dream, and my friend fell at the same point as he did in my dream. Things like this happen to me every few years. I actually dreamt about the college I go to now, back when I was in like seventh grade. Man, I have weird dreams... |

I had a dream last night I think I was trying to get through Death Mountain from the Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess. My favorite dream from a few years ago was one where I was winning in a pokemon video game tournament. I was so disappointed when I woke up. Edited by windseeker15, Dec 25 2008, 09:10 PM.

When I was about 7 or 8, I used to have a re-occuring dream that I was trapped in the Victorian era... It was kinda creepy. I used to have a fear of that time period when I was younger because the way they dressed scared me for some reason. Same goes for the colonial times... only I never had a dream on that. I also had a dream that I was in New York visiting a friend, and it was supposed to be a Saturday, and when we were going to say goodbye, and I was at the train station,(In real life)my alarm woke me up and it was actually a Tuesday, my least favorite day of the week. Another one was when I was 14, I had a dream that Naruto characters went to school with me. Rock Lee was in my english class. |

There was one dream that really stood out during my life. At the time a nightmare but thinking about it, it was extremely weird. Was under the age of ten can't remember exact age. I was on my way home from school when I turn around and saw a pig. The pig was just walking minding it's business and then suddenly looked at me with evil eyes. Then I started to run home at top speed. My house was at the end of the street. And no matter how fast I ran, the pig reached up to me turned around and farted. When it did that my knees got weak and I fell down. Then I got strength back in my legs and began to run again. That happened countless amount of times and each time was more painful than the rest. I was extremely frightened, horrified you name it. It ended when I was trying my hardest to close the door from it coming inside. I told quite a lot of people about my farting pig dream. They laugh every time, like I was joking. It was the scariest dream that wasn't about some horror movie I saw. |

I had this dream some time ago, it was a zombie dream. For some reason I was a brown haired white guy and I had a girlfriend (who also had brown hair). We (along with the rest of the school staff/students) were at our high school after hours (I don't remember why) and wondering the campus looking for something to do to pass the time (why didn't we just go home? dreams are weird). Suddenly we found ourselves in the science lab and saw some of the students acting strangely, it turned out they were trying to revive dead frogs to reuse for biology class (told you dreams were weird) with an orange potion they created but there was an accident or something and they turned into zombies. By now it was dark and it seemed as my girlfriend and I were the only humans left. Rather than fight we ran and ran but encountered more and more zombies. Finally we escaped and hid in a tree outside the campus that was large enough and leafy enough to view the entire campus. From that point we were able to see that the zombies were organizing and could talk and at first we thought it had all been a practical joke. My girlfriend let herself down from the tree unnoticed and asked what was going on. I was about to get down myself until I saw that the zombies were swarming after her like a sexy piece of meat. Terrrified, she ran and found herself in the science lab, I climbed down and took off after her (don't ask how I managed to not get caught, my dreams are often inconsistent) and eventually found her. She told me she was going to turn herself in and I was shocked. I pleaded with her not to but she insisted. It turned out that the zombies weren't immortal yet, they needed more of the orange liquid or else they would die (think of the liquid as a replacement for substanence). They had till midnight to drink the formula (or eat a bunch of brains which was impossible at the moment since our school seemed to be seperate from the rest of the world, don't ask). I was once again in the tree and she agreed to become a zombie and give the formula to all the zombies (remember, they could talk so they still had some level of consciousness) and was going to drink one herself. I could only watch in fear as my girlfriend, along with the zombies, brought the fluid to their lips just as the school bell rang signalling midnight had arrived. I looked away in distraught until I heard laughing, it was coming from my girlfriend. She explained to the zombies that she had taken advantage of their inability to taste and served them all orange juice instead of the formula. The angered zombies began to advance on her just before the clock struck 12:01 am. After the final stroke of the big hand, all the zombies collapse simutaneously. I rushed to my girlfriend and hugged her until we heard moaning from all around us. It turned out that the zombies didn't need the formula to live after all, they only needed it to keep their sanity and to use as a replacement for brains. They were only trying to protect us from themselves. In other words, we screwed ourselves, for now we had to face the ordinary kind of zombie, the one that eats you without hesistation. We took off for the road as the zombies were reanimated and I woke up after that (like I said, it seemed that my school was seperate from the world so I don't know if we would have been able to escape even if I didn't wake up). This dream really stood out because I had it completelu unprovoked (meaning I hadn't watched anything to cause it such as a scary movie). |

I can barely remember or get dreams, though I seem to recall nighmtares often. My first dream/nightmare was when I was 3. I was in a park and I was being followed by bunnies in weird suits and I fell and scraped my knee. And there were midgets around me. It was scary for me at that age -_- |

My problem is not that I don't dream, my problem is that I am prone to acting them out. In other words, I sleep walk. My roommates (when I had them) have a few amusing stories about some of my episodes. It appears that once I ran down the hall way screaming "The ninjas are coming! Everyone to your battle station!!" My roomies say they were able to stop me before I reached the knife block where the knifes are kept. I nomrally don't leave my room when I sleepwalk but it appears that when I do, I am a danger to other people. I think this is why my door is locked from the outside sometimes. :) |

I used to have a dream like this. Exactly the same thing i swear. I would jump in the sky and soar like twenty feet and usually it would be in a metropolis like area and it would be to get to higher buildings. Occasionally though i would miss a building (happened at least once every time i had a dream like this) and start to fall. Its really quite amazing when you fall because you in the dream you feel everything. i felt my body becoming lighter and lighter as i would speed towards the ground. I felt my feet and all the blood being pulled out of them. And then I would land. The ground never broke and I never got hurt but it was always shocking. haven't had one of these dreams since i was like 10 and wouldn't have remembered them had i not read what you said. |

That's totally awesome! I wish i could speak fluent Russian while sleep talking!! That's so cool. Speaking of sleep talking, has anyone else ever been half awake, and half asleep at the same time so you are somewhat awake, and can her yourself speak, but everything you end up saying is all crap? Well...I've said some pretty funny things when that happens to me. Once, that happend to me when I was about 12. I was a major Teen Titans fan in middle school, so that must have influneced me to say this but I remember talking to my sister, and saying "Drink Cyborg when you're sick... you know, instead of orange juice?" I actually recall saying that, but I didn't realize what the heck I was talking about. I have said some other weird stuff when I have been half awake, and half asleep before, but I can't remember then. I think the Cyborg one probably tops them all though. Also, another odd dream I had was when I was 12. I was dreaming that I was at an amusement park and kidapped by some random sketchy guy, and trapped in a cave. I was forced to clean his cave-house with some kids from school who were kidnapped too. Then, I can't remember what happened to him, but I was secretly raised by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and fought off the kidnapper. I don't know how the TMNT came into the cave without the kidnapper seeing them... I wore a black ninja suit too! I have also have had various dreams where I was a Pokémon trainer, or I was at a Pokémon store. I have had multiple dreams where if I ran fast enough, and jumped into the air a little, I could fly/ float in the air. If I was sinking down and needed more height in the air, I could just kick down on the air a little and continue to float up. I love those dreams, although when I wake up from them, I get upset that I can't actually fly just from running fast. |

I'm sorry, that dream sounds scary as hell to actually experience - I wouldn't like it if that dream happened to me. I guess it would be the whole "when it happens someone else" scenario. 2 dreams I had when I was younger that I still remember; 1.) I was walking down the stairs, I trip and fall...But the floor opens up and shows a giant pit and I fall in...I've been scared of heights ever since. 2.) I find this one hilarious. I had a dream where Thomas the Tank Engine was talking with his mouth moving (freaky as hell if you imagine it) and he said "If Sir Topham Hatt finds out, (I seriously have no idea what kind of evil this talking tank engine could do except losing Annie Clarabel in that pit I fell down) he'll kill me!" He and the person he was talking to laughs... ...He was talking to Sir Topham Hatt... And now I get a bunch of dreams where I'm playing on stage with my bands either as a guitar player, drummer, or now more recently singer. My last one was when I was playing drums to "Space Truckin'". |

I had once a dream with a teacher a truly evil person. So here I go: It was a great day and I feld like nothing worst will ever happen in that day so I went to University and there from the top of the building I saw her "THE DEVIL" she fall down on the street and nobody went to her to see if her is alive or not, nobody cares about her. Don't know if i made my self clear but for those who can understand signification of dreams maibe they could explain it to me. |

I had a lucid dream last night. I was sitting in my friend's house on the futon I was actually sleeping on, when I suddenly noticed that everything seemed sort of blurry and that I couldn't feel anything. I pinched myself, and, sure enough, I discovered I was asleep. This happens to me every month or so, but it felt really weird this time because despite being aware of the dream itself, I wasn't able to control anything. I kind of walked around for a while, trying to force myself to wake up, but nothing worked. I know all of this sounds terribly dull, but I had the strangest sensations while I was sleeping. I couldn't feel anything in most of my body, but I could feel the futon I was sleeping on on the right side of my body even as I was walking around the fictional setting. I was also able to feel my fingers, and I think I moved them a little as well. The strangest part was when I tried forcing my eyes open. I don't know if I actually succeeded, but I felt like I was half awake but couldn't move. My vision was really distorted and blurry, and I couldn't move my arms and legs. I think it's called sleep paralysis, but again, I'm not even sure it really happened. This is the second time this has happened to me, the other being a few years ago during an admittedly more interesting dream (which I will perhaps recall another day). |

One dream I had a couple days ago is almost completely faded away, except for one part: An old-ish guy with a beard and a lot of hair writing the number 250,000 on a green blackboard. I have absolutely no idea why he was writing it. That night I think I had mostly partial dreams, like snips and just clips from various dreams. |

Okay . . . dreams . . . kind of a strange phenomenon that happens to us generally normal humans. I LOVE dreams. It's like a little mini world where absolutely anything can happen. Brill. Does anyone here believe that dreams can be prophecies? I'm not crazy, but just wondering about everyone's thoughts on the subject. |
