Nope, nothing more on them. Databook 3 was probably released too late into the animation cycle to get those stories included. |

Yes, the characters were more on model this episode than the last one. Animation was nice too, they really showed how much Rasen Shuriken f's people up. |

seen it, OMG whata jutsu! wanted to hear a bit more desperation from Hidan but i can overlook that :P but i will never forgive them to ignore the background story on the villains :P is it just me or was there wery much symbolism with shika up through the tunnel with light in the end? Good episode,FRS is very powerful, it ripped Kakuzu to shreads.

Nice to see things are finally moving onwards. I was worried that this would have been strectched somehow into two episodes. I really hope that Shikamaru recovered Asuma's blades as well as his lighter, he could use a cool weapon. The running animation was a little weird, but FRS animation was better than I expected. I'm really looking forward to next week's episode. Things are looking good for the future! ^_^

I hoped the anime would have Shikamaru face Kakuzu one more time before he died, Kakashi finishing him off never felt right to me. |

This has got to be one of the best episodes I've ever seen. The animation was dead on, the pacing was quick and solid. Naruto's jutsu sure did pack a lot of ownage with it. Poor oh poor Hidan he's stuck in the ground what a worse pain than death. This arc did really well but I wish we could have seen more of Hidan and Kakuzu. |
