You would think that one of his orders as new Hokage would be keeping Naruto "behind bars" so to speak just like Killer Bee was known to be. Otherwise he is already not keeping to his promise of bringing a change and new security according to his view on things. P.S.-I just want to make clear that it is odd considering what we know about Danzou and how he views Naruto as a weapon rather than a person with feelings and things.

The fact that Itachi had both the village and Madara pinned down goes on to show how Bad-Ass he was, but that is a separate topic.

From Danzou being Hokage, to immediately giving out an order to kill Sasuke. So who the hell got the order and how does Kiba know. Why is this seemingly so wide spread already? It's a good direction but it's once again done foolishly. I'll wait for the chapter to come out to effective confirm that statement though. Inari has news for the four of them? I wonder if this is about the missing sword from Zabuza's grave. I guess now that nothing is going to stop Sasuke's team from reaching Konoha. They'll identify the sword though. I think this is also a real great time to show their faces once again. I wonder if Naruto would find out about the name of the bridge?

She is the hokage, if she might not have known before that, she most certainly could have know after becoming hokage, she could view any classified material she wanted. (and being Sannin doesn't help, Oro was neutralised with a glare, Jiraiya's pwning skills don't extend to the other two.) Nevertheless, even if she did try to, I bet the elders would have stopped her or something, they were afraid of Itachi, or specifically, afraid of the fact that he would spread the truth. Itachi had just paid a visit earlier on, specially to drive home that point. Even Danzou had tried to do it in a cloak-and-dagger manner, so that it could be blamed on Oro, since Sasuke was in his care after all. No, I don't believe Danzou could have given the kill-order so openly, had Itachi been alive. He simply didn't have the guts. Itachi had them all in a fix. And you guys keep forgetting Naruto wanted them to go after Sasuke, they just couldn't spare the shinobi (they were recovering from Oro's attack, after all). And when J-man said nothing could happen for three years, they simply bided their time, after which they sent Team Yamato. So she is not a wuss, and Danzou cannot deliver miracles. Besides, you all know he is being set-up, Lelouch's Zero-requiem style, purely to allow Sasuke a clean slate. Edited by ryz, Jun 10 2009, 10:02 AM.
