Or @ least make his escape seem to unreasonable to actually happen.

As for the rest of the group, they're a total unknown.

However since Naruto is a Host, I'd wager Danzou either trying to have the Kyuubi extracted and placed into a new host somehow or just lock Naruto up in a cell with lots of Sealing jutsu placed on it.

Or put a seal on Naruto himself... They could put something that combines the feature of Neji's and Sai's seal. They could make that Naruto freezes/dies if he leaves a certain perimeter, or if does a certain action (like Sai's), and also make it detonate-able on demand, like Neji's. Even the Kyuubi couldn't fix a mushed up brain. The possibilities are limitless. Provided they can capture Naruto to put him in jail in the first place, they can most definitely make sure that he stays there. Btw, I doubt Danzou could have the Kyuubi removed from Naruto. Chiyo did that because she was the one who sealed it in the first place. To mess with Naruto's, you would either need to be Yondaime (not possible), or at least have the key. And as we know, only Jiraiya, and by his signature, Naruto can mess with it. The only other alternative is something like Akatsuki's God of Hell statue, which was made by Nagato, who, interestingly enough, is dead. So, nobody else can get that Kyuubi out of Naruto. Unless you assume that Danzou is Madara, in which case I have nothing more to say -_- .
