Some names clarifications.

Tsuchikage's escorts:

Akatsuchi (赤ツチ) - The huge guy with the goofy face. His name means "Red Earth".

Kurotsuchi (黒ツチ) - The woman. Her name means "Black Earth".


Mizukage's escorts:

Choujuurou (長十郎) - The teenager and one of the Seven Swordsmen. His name is a type of Asian pear, which ties in with the surnames of Zabuza, Kisame, and Suigetsu, which are also named after fruits (Momochi = peach, Hoshigaki = persimmon, Hoozuki = winter cherry).

Ao (青) - The older guy. His name means "Blue".


Raikage's escorts:
Shii (シー) - White guy. Shii (シー or しー) isn't a Japanese name or word at all, so I couldn't really come up with a concrete etymology. Could be a western word/name, or stylized from shii (しい), but that would just be speculation.

Darui (ダルイ) - Black guy. Darui (だるい) is Japanese for slow or sluggish, which seems to match up with what personality can be seen, since he talks slowly or in a laid back way.

土影『この歳になると会談に行くのも一苦労じゃぜ 腰に爆弾抱えとる ワシの気も知らんで 若いもんは しゃぎよる！』
Tsuchikage: "Getting to this conference is a hassle at my age. My back's killin' me; feels like I'm strapped to a ticking time bomb, but you young'uns wouldn't know anything 'bout what I have to go through!"

土影様は 背の低い おじいちゃん
Tsuchikage-sama is a short old man

黒ツチ『じゃあそろそろ引退するか じじい？ いつまでも栄光ひきずってんじゃねぇ』
Kurotsuchi: "Then it's 'bout time you retire, right ya old fart? Don't go on dragging out your glory days."

黒ツチ アンコとサイを足したような顔
Kurotsuchi's face looks like a mishmash of Anko and Sai

赤ツチ『アハハハ 土影様の荷物はワイが持ってやるだに！』
Akatsuchi: "Ahahaha! And I'll carry Tsuchikage-sama's baggage for him!"

Akatsuchi's body is huge and his face is like Anpanman's

土影『(荷物)触るな！赤ツチ！いらぬ世話じゃぜ！』
Tsuchikage: "Leave it be! I don't want your help, Akatsuchi!"

He goes to carry the box like a backpack but then his back goes *crack*

土影『ヌオオオオ 腰がぁ』
Tsuchikage: "Aaaaaaugh, my back!"

黒ツチ『どうすんだ？別の者にいかせんのか？』
Kurotsuchi: "What you gonna do? Gonna bring someone else along?"

土影『バカ者 このワシを誰だとおもっとる！ 岩隠れ 両天秤のオオノキと 恐れられた 土影じゃぜ！』
Tsuchikage: "Fool, who the hell do you think I am?! This is Oonoki of Ryou-tenbin, the feared Tsuchikage you're talking about here!"

Choujuurou (The 7 Mist Swordsman): "Ye...yes. It will...probably be...alright, I think."

Mizukage: ("*Konki*?)[marriageable age]

水忍『青…説教はいいから早く出発しないと会談に "遅れる"！』
Water Shinobi: "Ao, enough with the preaching already. If you don't hurry and get a move on, you'll be "late"!"

水影 (婚期が遅れる！！？)
Mizukage: (Marriageable age...is late?!)

青『説教こそ助言だ 我々の時代では――』
Ao: "You'd be well advised to take your own advice. Why, back in our day we-"

水影 青の傍に行き耳元で
The Mizukage goes by Ao and whispers in his ear:

『黙れ 殺すぞ』
"Shut up or I'll kill you."

青(え…)
Ao: (Uh...)

水影『では 長十郎 青 参りましょう』
Mizukage: "Well, Choujuurou, Ao, it's time we set off."

長十郎(優しい水影様の笑顔をボクが守る！…できることなら)
Choujuurou: (I will protect the sweet Mizukage's smile!...if I can do something.")

3rd part
雷影『サムイ小隊からの連絡はまだか？』
Raikage: "Still no contact with Samui's platoon?"

秘書？『はい ですがもう少しで何かしらの連絡はあると思います それに雷影様 会談に行かれるルートは前もってサムイに知らせてあります どちらにしろ道中接触ないしは連絡鳥が来るでしょう』
Personal assistant(?): "Yes sir, though I do think it will only take a little while longer for some contact. Besides, Raikage-sama, Samui has been notified in advance of the route to the conference. Either way, a messenger bird should be coming since there's no contact during their trip."

雷影『よし ならいい？ワシも出発する！ 行くぞ！！シー！ダルイ！』
Raikage: "AL-RIGHT we good now? It's time for me to make my way over there! Come on, Shii, Darui! Time to roll!"

シー 白肌 普通 男

ダルイ 色黒 フワ毛、右腕刺青

Long story short: Shii's the white ninja, and Darui's the black ninja. "Shii" could be as in the letter "C". "Darui" is written in katakana but it could mean "sluggish, slow, heavy, etc."

シー『ハッ』
Shii: "Hah!"

ダルイ『オ～スッ』
Darui: "Ossu"

雷影『ついて来い！！』
Raikage: "Follow me!"

わざわざ部屋の窓割って勢いよく出ていく。(笑)ちょっと松岡修三みたい(笑)
He goes out of his way to make a gaping hole in the room, in his rush to get out. (lol kinda like Shuuzou Matsuoka)

秘書？『ハァ～また…！』
Personal assistant(?): "*Huff* Not again!"

シー『行くぞ ダルイ』
Shii: "Let's go Darui"

ダルイ『イヤ…オレは普通にトビラから降りるわ…追い付くから先行っといて…』
Darui: "Uh no. Usually I leave through the door...now you're tellin' me to go on ahead just so we can catch up to him.."

4th part
長十郎 刀全ては映ってない。
Choujuurou's katana aren't shown completely

けど、２本で刀持つところが紐？かなんかでくっついてる。ヌンチャク？みたいな。
However, even counting the two katana he carries, there's also a cord or something strapped to his body which has something like nunchuks attached
