I think they're made of steel, seeing as it can cut thick tree limbs.

When Sasuke was fighting Orochimaru(Chunin Exams fight) I remember some tree limbs fell off, but that could've been anime only, I'll have to read the chapter. I'm also taking it from the Narutimate Accel game, one of Shikamaru's new Ougi involve those wires, and using them he cut thick tree limbs.

That term is Japanese. The Japanese word for no 'iie' so its not negating it unless someone say "iie jutsu". Jutsu means 'technique' in English. The 'no' is a partical that indicates possession, it has no literal meaning. Its used in many names that have no actual last name, like Subaku no Gaara or Zaraki no Kenpachi. Although in those instances(when used in names) it is translated to 'of'.

For Tsunade's healing technique (don't wanna look up name) is it continually healing her even when she's at her desk? So can she like never be hurt (at least not minor)?

To be precise, no is the equivalent of 's in Japanese. It marks possession or belonging.

As for Tsunade, I thought it was clear what happened: Over time, she concentrates chakra to the point on her forehead as a reserve, then when she needs it, she releases it to cause her cells to divide and regrow things on a cullular level, shrinking the healing time of grave wounds down to seconds. Once the healing is done, the seal on her forehead returns to normal and looks like a diamond again. Unless that shape is all spread out, the jutsu is inactive and she's just a regular human.

Well, I don't know if this has already been adressed, but I read somewhere that the Sharingan bloodline was limited to males only, and I was wondering if there was anywhere that stated this in the manga.

If so, could someone please post the chapter?

No, it wasn't stated in the manga. We've only seen males use it, but no where did it say females couldn't obtain it either.

did u get it from the topic "the uchiha clan"?
cuz it was a theory of genetics of mine that i put there....it was if the sharingan was a mutation in a Y chromosome in an uchiha clan member then yeah its only for guys, but it was only a theory of mine
it hasnt been stated how sharingan came to b and its gender restrictions

I know where he got it from, and it wasn't from your theory. And furthermore, its been stated that the Sharingan came to be by evolved from Byakugan. How is still unknown.

But the Byakugan=Sharingan theory doesn't have much support.

However, there is (unfortunately) a window left open for speculation by the Kyuubi when he called the clan "cursed".

only support it has is that it was a theory stated directly in the manga meaning it has some merit to it.

It has as much merit as any theory. Which is almost none.

Kakashi said that it was a rumor. So there was no fact at all to it.

Kakashi didn't say it was a rumor, he said "Its been said the Sharingan was derived from the Byakugan some time ago".

That's exactly what a rumor is. People saying things without providing any actual proof.

And it also depends on what translation you've seen. I've seen both version saying "been said" and "rumored".

It was implied, in manga that usually means its true.

Not really, a rumor is still a rumor.

It's not enough to say absolutely that the Byajugan evolved into the Sharingan. That opens up a whole can of worms.

I have two questions that have been bothering me for awhile now-- First of all, are Iruka's parents' names on the Memorial Stone or not? I originally thought that they weren't, but I think I've read varying translations... Also, does anyone happen to know where this image came from?

Iruka's parents are on the Memorial stone and that image was shown when Sakura was trying to convince Sasuke from leaving the village.

RinHatake- Iruka's parents died fighting the kyuubi as stated but an ex-ninja in one first episode (the name escapes me right now) , the memorial stone has all the names of comrades how died in battle as stated by kakashi

so we can assume that Iruka's parents are on the stone
