its not the 4th that the orange line leads from its from jiraiya, jiraiya trained both the 4th and naruto it just that its a very small line between the 4th and jiraiya that you might not have noticed it if you hadnt already known (which was stated early on in the anime and manga)

dude you are blind it does have an orange line leading from the fourth hokage to naruto go look

it is small, that is why some might mistake it as the 4th training naruto but the 4th died before naruto became a ninja and jiraiya trained both of them like masterofbloodlines623 said, the only person still alive (that we know of today) is kakashi who also trained naruto

If Rock Lee is not an orphan, why were his parents never consulted about their son's operation?

Is this a minor plothole or is it something that Kishi didn't feel was that important to expound upon?

Kishi did probably think it wasn't worth to introduce his parents.

The story has nothing to do with Lee's parents so introducing them would be unneeded filler.

maybe.... his parents has something to do with the AKATSUKI(hehe...who knows?)
in short they might have a role in later part, or they are just unimportant. :P

cause it seems more or less when they reach genin age they are considered adults and can probly live by themself like naruto and sasuke.

I was watching naruto, the episode were the 3rd activated the reaper death seal jutsu and he made a comment about how the fourth told him that only the activator can see the death god, so does that mean you can do the jutsu with out sacrificing a life.

Im trying to say how did the 4th tell the 3rd if he dies when he activated it

The Yondaime was the creator of the jutsu and so would have known it carried adverse effects upon use, the likely outcome being death.

I know that, what im sayin is , how did the 4th tell the 3rd about the death god, not dying. Unless he used it once before the kyuubi, how was he able to tell the 3rd about it, that is why i asked that first question can you use the jutsu without sacrificing anybody (im mean practicing)

relatively simple......
he didnt actually use the jutsu, but had the knowledge how to, and told the third
it was noted as the fourths jutsu, so maybe he made it and it didnt have adverse effects the first time

The water-like liquid that is always on the floor, or the red liquid that envelopes Naruto?

You mean like the orange coloured water? If so then that would be the Kyuubi's Chakra.
