Well the logical answer would be that they don't have anything to do with eachother.

But then some want to believe in insinuates a 10th bijuu, or the combining of all nine, or whatever.

I like logic.

what ever happened to the akatsuki bingo book thing kabuto gave naruto? did they just forget about it?

Naruto's group still has it but they are in the middle of a mission so they probably don't have time to take a good look at it right now. Perhaps they'll take a look at it once they get back to Konoha.

As for the Bijuu and rings question the rings have a connection to the King of Hell statue which has two hands (ten fingers in total) so that is why there are ten rings.

I had always assumed the Akatsuki rings had to do with each Bijuu, but considering there are only 9 Bijuu and 10 rings, any reason you think there are 9 of one and 10 of the other?

Two hands = 10 fingers.
Ten fingers = 10 rings.

It has to do with the King of Hell statue, not the Bijuu.

Also the finger they have their ring on is where they stand on the King of Hell Statue.

What I have a question about is the Kanji on each ring? Does the Kanji have any meaning thus far? Like anything to do with history or legend?

Basically Naurto and Sakura meet Sai and Yamato. They were supposed to meet a spy that worked for Sasori. The spy was Kabuto, Orochimaru appeared, Naruto went 4 tails and fought Oro. After the fight Sai joined up with Oro and Kabuto. Sai mission was to kill Sasuke but sasuke saw him and blew up the base. That is when he has there reunion with Team 7. They fight and just about when Sasuke is about to finish them off, Oro comes and they disappear.

Does anyone remember a chapter where Pein (think this was before he reiterated Akatsuki's plans to Hidan) talked about how small villages still produced great shinobi but they were at a disadvantage simply b/c they came from a small village and the current system heavily favoured larger villages?

I wanted to try and find that speech again but can't even remember where to start looking.

I couldn't find the chapter, but didn't Tsunade and Jiraiya talk about how only the Yin or Yang chakra of Kyuubi was sealed inside Naruto? If I'm right, couldn't this open the door to someone else having the other half sealed inside of them?

I'm thinking of something I believe happened before that. 329 was the reiteration I originally mentioned.

The simple answer? Yes, most of us have. If the question is referring to why there have been spoilers, it's probably because nearly all of us have read the manga and don't pay any mind to the spoilers.

I have a question. People say that the 2-tails is a jutsu, but other people say the Kyuubi cannot be a jutsu. So, who's right? (sorry if this is a manga spoiler)

Simple reasoning suggests that two tails isn't a jutsu, just a alter in appearance and obviously access to chakra, power, etc. Would you consider activation of a curse seal a jutsu?

I would. It's essentially the same as Kiba's 4-legged technique, except he gains more abilities and chakra.

This could be cleared up if the word "jutsu" was defined.

Jutsu means art. So "no jutsu" is "art of". But activating Curse Seals and using bijuu chakra are just special techniques utilized by certain special people. You can probably create new jutsu while in those states, but all in all, those states aren't jutsu.

So, no. Usng Kyuubi isn't a jutsu. And the transformation Naruto goes through is his body coping with the unnatural chakra.

Actually it is a jutsu. Not one labeled, but anything in the Japanese culture can be a 'jutsu'. Why? The Japanese hold art in low standards. Baking bread can be art. Hell, pouring tea is an art form in Japan.

Naruto's transformations are as much a technique as anything else, they're just supplementary.

Back then I believe that Medics were being trained to be on squads, if I am remembering correctly. But as to who, it's really up in the air.

And I hate to say it, but your wrong Elyon. It's fairly obvious that your arguing just for the sake of it. As in the context of the show, using the kyuubi chakra (which is manifested by how many tails come out) is not a jutsu. If we were to apply your 'general' description, then when Naruto goes to the ramen shop he is eating a jutsu; because technically that's a piece of art made by the chef.
