I think that in one of the Tea Country flashbacks with Morino Ibiki, his scar is a fresh cut. Does this mean that that flashback is supposed to be how he got all of the wounds on his head and possibly any on his body? Also, why was him and his brother being tortured in the first place? I forgot.

Plus, it's filler so it doesn't really matter.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I was just wondering where you got the translations for the characters names. For example, according to this website the name Sakumo is a normal japanese name, the same can be said for Asuma. However my mother who is japanese has never heard of these names, so i was curious to know where you aqquired them.

http://dict.regex.info/cgi-bin/j-e/dict You can search for all manner of things on that site. Make sure to check the various boxes to search in Names and you can also get the Kanji displayed.

Something like Asuma appears to have several kanji variations for its name usage.

Check episode 105, and just cause I'm in a good mood I'll answer you:

Aoi was torturing Ibiki because only a Jounin level Konoha ninja can decipher what was in the forbidden scroll that Idate (Ibiki's little brother) stole, and since Aoi was a Chuunin he had to pull that info out of Ibiki, Idate was only there to be used as leverage over Ibiki...

why was the white fang so famous? I understand why the sannins are so famous. They're extremely strong. White Fang was strong, but probably not on Sannin level

he was famous for his skill, much like every other ninja without bloodlines, and for his "white chakra".

it's true he's skillful but he's probably not as skillful as the Sannins and he is just as famous as the sannins

Oh yes,we can't forget the dead humans being made into battle puppets. Or the living humans being made into an old lady's beat-them-upside-the-head-as-hard-as-you-can-with-me-as-if-I-won't-feel-it play thing.

actually, hitokugutsu's are made with living ones. that way they think a small bit in battle when they use the're jutsu from when they were human.

I don't understand how genjutsu works, now. In the Forest of Death, they went around in circles and faught through the rain(?) ninjas' genjutsus. Now, it seems that a genjutsu knocks you out cold and attacks you through your brain. Which is it, both?

Genjutsu are every thing that are related to illusion, the powerful the Genjutsu the more damage it delivers to the brain...

So then I guess that when someone psses out from one, it must be a more powerful one in comparison to an illusion like Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Jutsu).

Also, this has been bothering me for SO long now. When Naruto transforms into a girl, does he really turn into a girl? I assume it is an illusion, because in the individual story with Ino and the Princess, Naruto looks like a girl and is seen standing while urinating, however, it is a filler. If he didn't turn into a girl in reality, then he wouldn't be as appealing to Jiraiya, would he? I mean, I thought guys and girls produced different aromas that attracted the opposite sex. Also, if he was not a girl, how would Jiraiya be able to feel him up when he is shaped differently or tap his head when he is not that tall? The same thing goes for any transformation technique.

no, he doesn't turn into an ACTUAL girl. the trick is similiar to putting on a costume. he's just altering the outside, not the inside.

Well, how can you alter the outside and not the inside, genitalia wise?... ;)

(No, I'm not being perverted. I'm just curious, and I figured that saying genitalia was better than actually naming it here.)

The same way you put makeup on the outside and not the inside. Think of it like a shell. You're just using an empty shell of someone/something else until you're done with it.

Also, about the Orochimaru question, I would also have to say that Orochimaru had a mental advantage over Sasuke, meaning that Sasuke was filled with hatred towards his brother and would accept power no matter what. Itachi is also power hungry, but he does not need training from anyone such as Orochimaru and doesn't have a goal to kill someone (or so we think). In fact, Itachi is so strong that he didn't need special training (or so we think) to get into Akatsuki, whereas Orochimaru had to train under Sandiame Hokage.

can you put that in a form of a question?

Actually, I was answering a question, not asking one, lol.
