Great Episode. 90% canon,. 9/10 Naruto clones talking to other clones. funny. Old Tobi is back and brought...er new jutsu! Whack-a-mole Jutsu! Im so glad to see filler fight (for a change) between Suigetsu and Kisame! Sword fight lol Sasuke and Itachi, when will it end?! Omake was Awesome. The fan base for Hinata just grew a little bigger. it was an okay episode 7/10 from me. i never liked this whole situation with leaf wasting its resources to chase sasuke. but it was good that we actually got to see something from kisame and suigetsu.

Not too shaby, I enjoyed the little sparring between Kisame and Suigetsu. For some reason i always enjoy when Suigetsu gets some airtime. The guy cracks me up. Leaf wasting their time with Tobi and his Whack-a-mole Jutsu :FP: How much longer till all this drama with Itachi and Sasuke, what happen to the fast pace on this one?? -_- Omake not great but got major points with Hinata's costume, oh Hinata... This was a fun setup episode. It looks like Pain could have been defeated if the opponent knew his secret. Again all Zetsu does is sit and watch. I really wish he would do something. This is one of the few time the filler was good. I cracked up when Tobidara said ole. The filler between Kisame and Suigetsu was good to. it looks like next week will be the start of Itachi vs Sasuke, hopefully it is worth the buildup since it has been hinted at since the begining of the series. |

I was thinking 7 but I give this ep an 8 for Tobi and his whack a mole jutsu... The additional filler was also good to see, but the animation is back to horrid mode.. Tobi's antics and the filler saved this ep for me.. Ole' :lol: |

sigh... Lame episode. Everything just lame. Filler was lame, original was lame. They all had an opportunity to be good, but one element spoiled it every time. Female, time wasting or just lame fight movements. Bad art work at points as well. 10/10 Edited by Kartoon-Man, Nov 5 2009, 12:57 PM.

This is probably the worst I've seen from Eum lk-Hyun, characters looked blatantly off-model in too many scenes. The animation had this "stylish" feel to it as expected, but it wasn't nearly good enough to make up for the overall blandness of the visuals. The Tobi filler was mildly entertaining until it started to feel a bit repetitive and overdone, though it was certainly nice to actually see Suigetsu and Kisame sparring. It's also nice to have some confirmation on Jiraiya's strength and what he could've done under different circumstances. Overall, it's a fair episode. Almost totally average due to the wonky animation team, but the filler somewhat compensates. 6/10. |

Ah the Tobi persona always a good laugh, Olé. Nice to see some expansion on the Suigetsu and Kisame fight we were never shown in the manga. Looks like the special in two weeks is gonna have some flashbacks, but hopefully they get taken outta the way early like they did with Jiraiya.

fun to see suegetsu vs kisame fight ( at least the do something .... not like in the manga) tobi is good as ever ( ole !!!) happy that we some action because be what we saw in spoil for the next episode it will be a huge amount of flashback while sasuke is walking to meet itachi.... omake : the other bash on naruto an like always Hinata is to one who try to cheer him..... ( mention to her costume !!!!!!) |

Love the Tobi persona in this episode. Very enjoyable character and the whack-a-mole bit made me chuckle slightly. Nice to see a brief Suigestsu vs Kisame and hopefully the main course starts next week. (although the preview seemed to have a few flashbacks it seems) Hopefully there will be some top notch animation once the fight gets underway for real. |

High points: Tobi attacking with a branch. Low points: Suigetsu VS Kisame. The animation was so bad in place it actually resembled a comic book with long motion trail effects lasting way too long to give the illusion of speed. Oh, and bunny Hinata. That'll have the moe fanboys jumping for joy. |

Tobi's Wack-A-Mole jutsu just took Sexy Jutsu's title of Weirdest Jutsu ever (imo). Honestly, aside from being over-the-top silly, was there any point to that? Also, I am glad Kisama... er... Kisame and Suigetsu get to fight. The manga leaves far too much out while having too much emo -_- . |

Tobi made this episode for me too Whack a mole jutsu and the "Ole" bit had me in creases. Suigetsu vs Kisame was cool to see although it just further demonstrates how useless Zabuza's sword was. The next chapters looks like its gonna be full of flashbacks :FP: And the bit at the very end with Kisame, Oro and Zetsu joining in the party celebrations was funny too |

Meh... 8/10, just for my boi Kisame (and Tobi giving the Leaf what for, hehe). I wub the guy that voices Kisame. So deliciously evil with that wry laughter, really makes my day. The filler would've been cool if they didn't use the digital artwork. That really takes the "soul" out of things. I couldn't quite discern if next week's episode will use good artwork of not, but here's hoping for the best. When the fight breaks out, the art will either make or break the whole thing, ya know?! :o |

Nothing overly spectacular and certainly a drop in quality from the last few episodes. The art and animation were quite awful at times and it felt a little drawn out in places. However it's great to see some of the Kisame and Suigetsu fight, I was quite disappointed when the manga skipped over that. Tobi's appearance was a welcome one too. 7/10. |

I liked the beginning part of this episode where Pain admitted that Jiraiya could have won if he had known his secret. That speaks volumes of how powerful Jiraiya really was. I also thought it was neat how Pain paid some respects to his former teacher. Pain seems like one of those characters who holds respect for others. I remember he scolded Kisame for talking down about Hidan and Kakuzu after they were killed. I also remember him mourning Deidara's death and also scolding Hidan for talking negatively about Konoha. Like other fans I was happy to see Suigetsu and Kisame duke it out. Sure it wasn't anything all that special because all they did was cross swords a few times but at least we got to see something. I was disappointed that the manga didn't show us anything. I liked it whenever Kisame made reference to Zabuza. Heck, I like it whenever Kisame talks because I like the way his voice sounds. He just comes off as so arrogant and sarcastic all the time. It was also great to see the good boy Tobi return in this episode. He is just so goofy. It's sometimes hard to believe that he is the one giving Pain orders. The whack a mole jutsu was pretty funny as were his comments throughout this whole confrontation. I don't recall seeing "Formation B" being shown in the manga so I thought that was another good filler addition. Overall this was an ok episode. The filler additions made it enjoyable to watch. Episode gets a 6. |

Decent episode, but Kisame fighting with Suigetsu like that makes him seem to nice. Hopefully the next ep isn't full of filler (although it looks like it might be). |
