Haha, love the omake. Tsunade's one big cheater...she doesn't even know her own hobby other than gambling? -.-" The amination was ok, not that great like the last episode. The music...they're lacking the music in the background, mmmmm. Amaterasu took awhile to put out the fire jutsu. >.> 7/10 |

Well, it was decent. I'd give it a 7.5. Still, very disappointed with the lack of filler in this battle. It would have been nice for them to flesh it out a bit. |

Hhm that was disappointing. Where's the epic music? It just felt lacking because the music was way below standards this week.

I like it! 10/10 Awesome. when I saw that shuriken thrown to Itachi, I was lost for words, it just blew my mind. Animation was great. much better than last week. Art was ok. Omake was funny. |

Loved the bit with the giant shruiken which then had a shadow shruiken and was rigged to fragment. That was fantastic (although I thought they would put more emphasis on Itachi's eye sight failing in that scene since it seemed more prominent in the manga IMO) I leave my overall feeling for this fight until it is totally concluded because otherwise it will be a spoiler. |

Twas really short for me. But I guess that came from the overdose of glares, panting and excess bleeding. I love genjutsu and I still liked this part but inevitably the duration dimmed down the excitement. There should have been filler. I guess it's sticking to being original. Can't believe I wasn't happy seeing Amaterasu. Weird. Was really somewhat boring. 10/10 |

This was a good ep but it could have used a better art design for Amaterasu imo.. The way the genjutsu battle ended was nicely done... Spoiler: click to toggle I'm actually feeling bad for the guy... 8/10P.S. :lol: Is it me or is Zetsu narrating this fight like he is on the Serengeti watching two lions going at it or something, damn he should shut the hell up... The animation was pretty good. I didnt like how Amaterasu was designed it looked kind of blah, I guess thats what happens when you get your hopes up. 8/10

it was very good,i loved the shadow rigged shuriken jutsu and the fire jutsus. but white zetsu voice is annoying as hell. |

Good animation once again although some of the animations were really drawn out and much slower than they should have been. In particular when Sasuke and Itachi's fire techniques were about to hit each other. Aside from that I thought it was a pretty good episode. 8/10. |

You know just watching this epp I can't help but wonder what disney will do to it they will remove or edit the hole "eye" thing eather take it out or put saske's eye back in ..the hole being stabed in the leg part and the snake part will probly be removed too its kinda upsetting but at least there will be the uncut box sets .......this has to be one of the best epp's I've seen them put out in a long time everything was just great about it 11/10 can't wait for next week |

10/10 again for me! I hated this fight in the manga because I couldn't accept Sasuke and Naruto powering-up so early. But after a year or two, It's sunk in and the anime handled the battle wonderfully. The shadow-shuriken was my fave in the manga along with the throwing-stars duel for this confrontation. The anime made this soo much more enjoyable. There was a lot of strategy and all forms of jutsu. Great job! The only downside I felt was the inevitability of filler if things keep racing on at this pace.... :FP: |

Yeah, the long-winded staring scenes seem to have been more dragged out and generally handled even worse here in the anime; parts of the episode felt like slow motion. It's really kind of disappointing. |

This is one episode i was hoping would have some filler bits instead it had what i hate about animes lots of staring and it was slow. |

It was pretty cool to see the shadow shuriken technique animated. In my opinion that was smart move on Sasuke's part because he put Itachi in a position where it was difficult to dodge the attack. According to Zetsu Itachi should have been able to dodge it still. Something doesn't seem right here. Perhaps it has something to do with the backlash of using the Mangekyou Sharingan. I thought that Amaterasu looked like ink instead of fire. Although even in the manga I thought Amaterasu looked kind of weird. Sasuke's escape from Amaterasu was very slick. I see that absorbing Orochimaru has given him yet another benefit. I remember we discovered his quickened healing ability after his fight with Deidara and now we see that he is capable of using Orochimaru's substitution jutsu. Overall this was a nice episode. I thought some scenes moved a bit slow but they kept true to the manga. The last fire jutsu that Sasuke used that burned Itachi's arm was awesome looking. Both characters look so worn down it makes me wonder what else they have in store for one another. From what I could see the techniques they have been using take up a lot of chakra. Episode gets a 9. |

This was a good episode. They did a good job with the animation and pacing. It's nice to see this battle playing out without interuptions but there are a few things I'm not quite getting. One this is supposed to be a hideout yet it's so big you can see it from miles around. The other thing is why is Itachi so reckless with his eyes, I don't get how he could of used them so much that they're this damaged. The third thing is how is he going to get the EMS when Sasuke doesn't even have the regular MS. Other than that it was good and I hope to see an epic conclusion. |

This was a pretty good episode. I agree with those who said Amaterasu looked weird, I think it looked much better in the manga and in part 1. I also find it weird that the red sky didn't appear. I guess it was too make the scene look like it was real but I think it removes a signature and special feature of Tsukiyomi. Now what makes it so special from any other genjutsu (other than time)? I'm really looking forward to the next episode; I've wanted to see those events animated for a while now. |
