Not a bad filler episode, it helps clear up some stuff from the Wave arc. Though didn't we see Zouri again not too long ago in a Sasuke filler? Guess he was released on good behavior. Next episode looks like straight up filler, with no ties to anything related to the manga. |

Giving this one a 9 for its Awesome Animation. New Intro is so and so, but it beats the last one. A filler with a side of cannon. somehow I'm liking this whole mix for the past few episodes. HA. Sasuke, talk to my rear end. Sexy Jutsu are always a plus. and the coupon was destroyed in the end. who saw that coming. New ending looks Awesome. So much color and animation. Lee! TenTen with the stick! (which I never seen her used) Neji! (looks like he gain a few pounds) and Konohamaru. music was ok. Edited by Pervy Sennin, Oct 7 2010, 11:36 AM.

My eyes were bleeding looking at the awesome animation wrapped in filler crap. I mean, if they are planning to keep it going, I don't mind if Goro and others go on doing their job on Naruto, but I have a strong feeling the feast will end right when the cannon stuff begins.-_- |

Does anyone remember how close the anime was to the manga when they went on that 2-year filler extravaganza? I know the pattern has been 1 manga season, 1 filler season, 1 manga season, etc.. but I have this horrible feeling that a 60 chapter (~30 epsidoes) margin is near the critical point. Or maybe not... Anyway, I mildly enjoyed the episode, but did love the animation. Why don't they put this much effort into the main story? Edited by elninjaloco, Oct 7 2010, 12:14 PM.

A good episode I thought. Really love the new opening and ending. Liked the part where Naruto lost the coupon and started sobbing with Inari. Overall I give this episode a 9/10 |

Episode 400 whoopee. Hate the new opening, it's the least eventful opening ever which seems to tell us to strap ourselves in a for a whole lot of filler. I've giving my opinion on the whole 2 minutes of canon and 18 minutes of filler before, so not much else to say. If you hadn't read the manga you'd be forgiven for thinking the whole thing is filler. |

I kinda dig the format of splicing canon material in with the filler flashback stories. :P Okay. I do prefer separation of content, but so far, I find this format to be unique and refreshing. @yehobang: It's anyone's guess at this time. |

This reminds me of how Sasuke was a good kid back then, just a bit cool, that's all. But I liked the teamwork lines him and Naruto had. Good stuff. But hey...that intro...I wonder if that has some meaning to it or not. 10/10 |

Ah man, I thought the filler would be over by now, but from the sounds of the episode names, it looks like it will continue till at least episode 184. |

@vick86.. yes i agree.. i was planning on estimating how long this filler will be by watching the intro... very disappointed.. By the intro its almost certain that we will have atleast a whole season watching how naruto has grown (filler wise) smh... by the intro this filler could go to atleast spring |

When will these fillers end???? The intro was bad, I'm sorry, but what was that? Animation was not too shabby, story line was ok and yes, i wish this was all over with already. Let's get back to the real story line and skip all these fillers. I'm starting to loose interest and I'm afraid that i will stop watching for a while and suddenly miss the start of canon episodes. Let's hope this is over with soon! |

Quite enjoyed the episode to an extent, nice to see that even villians to some extent do not always stay away after defeated. Liked the new intro as well TBH. |

In my opinion the new opening was very dull. The song used wasn't too bad but the animated bits were not anything special at all. Personally I am sick of the parts where Naruto and Sasuke are the focus. As for the new ending I thought the song used was ok. Animation wise I enjoyed the little spar session Naruto was having with the different characters. I don't know why Konohamaru was included though. It would have been better off with just Team Gai since they are the team that specializes in Taijutsu. When it comes to the episode itself I wasn't really entertained by it. All that trouble for a lousy free meal ticket at Ichiraku? Seriously? I also can't believe Naruto tried to use the Sexy Jutsu against Sasuke again when in the previous episode that showed not to work against him. I guess one problem with these fillers is that Naruto is limited in what he can do. The time frame they are taking place in isn't really the best. I will admit that I did like how Naruto utilized his shadow clones when saving Inari. Plus the way Sasuke took out some of the thugs was very ninja like since he used the distraction from Naruto's clones to his advantage. Overall the episode gets a 5. |

The ending rocks! As for the episodes, I'd rather just not watch them. Got too much work in real life to be spending time catching up on these episodes. I guess I'll just have to ignore all the cannon they are mixing into this |

If you use the actual definition of the word 'useless,' then not really. I forgot to give my two cents on the new OP and ED. OP: Not too bad, but the previous two were much better. [Especially Flow, but they're a tough act to follow] ED: Pretty awesome stuff and I'm not even much of an 'ending person.' |
