They really went overboard with this one. An ostrich's memory flashback? Are you serious? The ostrich was sadistic enough to emphasize the fact we are in the filler hell. "It was after Sasuke had left, but before Jiraiya returned". Yes, right around that time we had this crap. And the next filler... Awesome art. Awesome animation. Awful everything else. I'm all in anticipation. The search of the secret flower. It can't get worse than this week's episode, right? |

Don't say that! You'll jinx it! Anyway, I gave it a three. The only things I liked about this episode were the animation, Shino's reaction to his bugs getting eaten, and the fighting. That's about it. I didn't know what to think about Kotetsu and Izumo. I thought the fact that they were making fun of flashbacks appearing when someone is about to die was kind of funny, but it was weird having Kotetsu continuously thinking of Izumo. Wait what did you say? You hear funeral bells in the distance......Well...the episode was terrible, the only part that I thought was good was Shino's reaction when his bugs got eaten and what with the small clip at the end the episode with Kotetsu and Izumo, sigh. A 3/10 I say. |

This is one of the worst episodes I've ever seen. Dunno when the fillers are ending, but episode 190's name sounds a lot like it is a filler :( |

I thought the episode was ridiculous looking in last week's preview and it seems I was right. I had to watch it at least once, and it's looking like one I won't be rewatching. [Yes, I rewatch filler if I enjoy it enough] With oneshots, it's always hit or miss. And in this case, a miss. I'll give it a 3. |

So let me get this straight Godamide sent a team to find rogue ostrich that won't hurt the village and just wants freedom but doesn't do anything on finding an Powerful Bloodline that can be a threat to the village? Well i think that was the right call. Who knows that ostrich could be tobi for all we know. :P 1/10 Just because of the omake |

Seeing as this is technically a kids show, I don't think there's been any dispute over the 'way out there' nature of the eps. :P Still, though, I really am starting to miss the serious arcs like in part 1 and Shippuden that weren't one shots. |

I think this was one of the greatest fillers we had in a while; it's an affectionate parody in itself and of the entire non-arc fillers of the Naruto series. -Ridiculous Villains who complement their heroic counterpart. -(As Mentioned) Ho-Yay subtext between background characters -Doom Flashbacks for no apparent reason -Fancy Animation/Crappy plot -Obscure references to past story elements. -Crowning moments of random. |

Man all that Ostrich needs is the Sharingan and Rinnegan and it would be the most powerful dang Ostrich in the whole Narutoverse. ...But yeah this episode was..pointless. I'm not understanding why they can't throw a filler arc at us instead of just doing part 1 flashbacks, haven't they learned their lesson back when they wrote 80 episodes of this junk? |

One can only hope that Pierrot will finally settle in the groove it's in, animation-wise. The last three or four episodes all looked nice, and the next one looks super nice. Maybe it's easier to pace when you don't have a manga to follow, I dunno. If this is an apology for the heinous treatment of the previous arc it's both inappropriately placed and too little too late, but I won't look a given horse in the mouth. I laughed. Several times. Nice episode. |
