Pretty good episode. The animation was adequate and the music placement was good. I'm glad Tsunade's last shot looked as good as it did in the manga. :wub: ;) 9/10 |

Good episode, I liked the whole speed factor. What I'm wondering is why didn't Naruto just go past the Raikage in the first place if he was faster than him in the first place. Why wait so long and drag out the whole story if you don't need to hear it?? I liked how Bee pawned his bro with his lariat. Good to have the Raikage acknowledge you as being a bad a** just like your dad. This waiting a whole week is wearing me down |

I agree another good episode, I'll give it a 9/10. I felt for Raikage in the flashback after the third died. Bee can be a funny character but I liked his speech and it made A realize they he could trust Bee and Naruto and let them pass. Also enjoyed naruto's speech and explaining his "two suns" to A and also avoiding A's test attack on him, Naruto is definitely the fastest shinobi around right now.

I appreciate people touching on the respect thing. This series does a good job setting that example for the younger readers and I value those points like you guys do. Naruto and many in his generation have since surpassed their teachers and elders in terms of strength and ability but show their respects to them. He does a great job respecting kage and what that means. I can liken that to my father. I have finally grown stronger but he has my utmost respect and hence I choose to honor that. I am proud of naruto's response to the raikage regarding his father. A great ending to this meeting. Also when bee dropped the rhyme to make his point to his brother his voice alone had the tone of wisdom and strength. I have full faith in these two. Cheers! Storyline wise Tsunade siding with Naruto was very predictable. She has always shown strong favoritism towards him. I liked Killer Bee's speech after he overcame the Raikage's lariat. The tone in his voice was serious and that's something you rarely get out of him. I also enjoyed the scene where Naruto dodged the Raikage at his top speed. I saw it as reminiscent of Minato accomplishing the same feat even before they showed that particular flashback again. Last but not least the final few seconds of the episode with Tobi and the new Six Paths of Pain was cool. The oh so familiar song used during that time made for an eerie feeling. This was a solid episode. I'll give it an 8. |
