 I was hoping "Douten" from the first soundtrack would play when Naruto defeated the Raikage.

The music placement tends to be pretty random at times.

 Aside from the music, this episode was pretty much what I expected. One thing I find funny now...is how Naruto's super powerful jutsu FRS is being made fun of lately. It's like his FRS is nothing more than another low level jutsu. He worked so hard on it and the 3rd Raikage just brushed it off like it was a dandelion.

Also, being a manga reader and not just an anime watcher, I'm starting to get bored with the pace this war is taking. Wish they would get to the best parts. 7/10

 Other than some of the repetitive animation and the dragged on strategy, this was a pretty fun episode. It actually shown the best example of Naruto's speed so far. 8/10

 Very good episode this week, and agreed better than last week with the useless filler. Good animation, good action, good strategy, and the way Naruto beat the Raikage was great!! Next week looks awesome too. 10/10

 In my opinion this episode was better than the previous episode. It was nice to see Dodai and his jutsu finally animated.

I thought this was an impressive episode for Naruto. First of all I liked how he connected with his Rasen Shuriken on the Third Raikage. It's a shame that it had little to no effect on him. Secondly, I feel as if he came off as rather analytical by noticing the scar on the Third Raikage's chest. The strategy he came up with in order to take the Third Raikage down was a pretty good one. Seeing Sage Mode still come in handy is a plus especially ever since Naruto achieved his flashy new Kyuubi Mode.

Episode gets a 9.

 Fillers again? really? and 4 of them? it could have been 2 if pierrot had extended the fights with the Fourth Kazekage and second Tsuchikage but NOOOO. 5 sec K.O histories heroes are pwnd

there are even more canon fight they could have extended!

 I actually enjoyed the soundtrack choices, and the overall visuals were pretty good too. I've made it no secret that I find the former Raikage's super strength and endurance rather unfitting for Naruto's universe, but I definitely enjoy the teamwork Naruto and Dodai incorporated to outmaneuver his attacks, or in Naruto's case, analytically using the Raikage's "strongest spear" and "strongest shield" to his advantage instead of uselessly trying to overpower him. The strategic flavor here worked nicely in tandem with good animation and good BGM.

Very impressed with this episode overall.
